The Wolves held on after building a massive first half lead that was as high as 32 points, and beat the Blazers at Target Center tonight to even their record at 13-13.
Big nights for Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic highlighted the effort, as the Wolves withstood a furious second half rally led by Damian Lillard, who finished with 36 points.
Love was one assist short of a triple double, as he went for 29, 15, and 9. Pek had his first 30 point game of the season.
Kevin Martin returned with a strong game, finishing with 22.
The Wolves got anything they wanted in the first half, getting points in the paint at will off basket cuts, Pekovic duck ins, and transition. Things got tighter in the 2nd half as the Blazers got more active defensively and began making some shots.
Tim will have a full recap later. This is your post game thread.
