Over the last few years of drafting I remember the pups taking some international players in the draft. I don't understand why there's never talk of them. Are they not developing or did we trade the rights? The one in particular that I remember was a guy described as having point guard skills as a power forward. With all the injuries & lack of depth couldn't we use those guys?

Does anyone have any answers or know any more information?
