They Jump They Move They Embarrass: A Musical Review of the Season That Made No Sense.

What can we even say about this past season other than it simply made no sense.

At the beginning of the season it seemed that we were really into something good:

And then everyone got hurt.

And then we Timberwolves fans learned the same crushing truth about the world that Janis Ian learned as a teenager.

Well Friends. We need to move past this. One approach might be build a diarama of the 2012/13 season and burn it in effigy.

alternate take.

But I have to admit that this funeral approach does not match the way I feel about this season. Oh, 2012/13 Timberwolves season why have you forsaken me? You have broken my heart. I loved you and you took that love and stomped on it. No, this does not feel like a death it feels like a break up. The 2012/13 season needs to be purged from our soul so we can one day love again. For this I turn to the expert at raw emotion- former Vikings all-pro running back Robert Smith.

There. I feel better already. How about you? Are you ready to fall in love all over again with the 2013/14 Minnesota Timberwolves? Do you have any songs to share of dashed hope, crushing defeat, funerals or break ups? How about songs for a hopeful tomorrow?

Don't worry 2013/14 Timberwolves- I believe in you.
