At FoxSports.com, Jason Whitlock makes his feelings known here and here in recent columns from over a week ago. Despite being openly biased, Whitlock's does shed an informative light on how and why dissension was formed between Hunter and those in his camp vs. Fisher and those in his camp.
Reading through these articles, my main takeaway is that it's inherent to our nature as humans to work in favor of our own self-interest at damn near all times. Not working in an altruistic, benevolent fashion for the betterment of the collective whole, but rather as an individual with personal objectives solely in mind.
The way in which both Hunter and Fisher went about their business is a prime example of that innate human trait, since neither one came out of this fight clean. Life's dirty, folks. In it, some come out winners and others losers ... with most being losers.
