I think its pretty likely that the T-Wolves will trade their 26th pick if they can get a player of some significance to help out. I was reading Hoopshype rumors and it would appear that Philly is looking to land a pick towards the end of the first round. Turner has been a player talked about as a potential trade chip in the past, and he would seem to fit our needs fairly well.
I'm thinking pick #26 and JJ for Evan Turner, and the Trade machine says its even.
Seems like a win/win to me. There is reason to think that Turner could improve with Adelman coaching and could probably use a change of scenery at this point. I don't see that there would be a better SG sitting at 26 and giving up one of our PGs needs to be done for cap reasons anyway.
I'm sure we could use DWill in this trade, but I'm thinking he is worth more than JJ, and would be better used to trade up from 9, or possibly in a larger 3 team trade to hopefully net us something worth at least a top 10 pick. He was #2 after all and he did play better this year.
What do you guys think? Are you interested in Turner?
