It’s nothing against Lebron James personally. He had every right to go play in my Miami, but the way in which the team was constructed that rubs people the wrong way. He had every right to go play in Miami; he had negotiated a situation that gave him that right. It was what he bargained for, but it is the ego Maniacal way in which he did it that rubs people the wrong way. On the precipice of another game seven I say GO PACERS.
You see Mister James it is fair that are criticized the way you are, why you ask? Kevin Garnett may be an on court jerk, but he and Mister Duncan never called themselves King. You and Mister Superman in L.A. bring the criticism on yourselves by branding yourselves in the fashion that you do. Your ego maniacs who need to “rebrand” yourselves. So to be fair, I also have to give a shout out to the team that as Jackson Browne would say “goes to work each day”. Go Spurs.
On the side of fairness, the Timberwolves biggest mistake with Garnett was the Joe Smith fiasco. Had they not lost the draft picks they would have had the assets to either build a team around Garnett by drafting wisely or more probably, given that we are talking about the wolves here, trading the assets for a veteran who would have complimented the wolves better. Another year or two of "I can't feed my family" and "one year I'm great and one year I vanish" point guard for example.
By the way, I agree with the owner, they over reacted by dumping flip when they did and only time will tell if they Flip can go the new job better than the wrath who shall remain nameless for the sake of not perpetuating a bad joke. Thanks for reading my meanderings.
