One of the more interesting position battles this year is going to be back-up Center. I'll just assume that Pek will be starting and averaging over ~30 minutes a game. I'm also thinking that there may be some experimentation throughout the year with Adelman for this role. However, I am guessing that at the end of the year there is going to be a clear 2nd string center when Pek sits and it won't be a committee approach based on particular match-ups, etc. One outside possibility is even that Adelman doesn't trust any one of Turiaf, Johnson or Dieng sufficiently and feels more comfortable playing some small-ball for a period each game and running KLove at center (with Cunningham or DWill at the 4) as the primary back-up for the position. This one has a lot of possible final solutions . . .
