Kevin Love's Transition Defense

Kevin Love is our best player. He is a starter for the All-Star team, and is one of the best rebounders and 3 point shooters in the game. He is great at long outlet passes, and he is a good facilitator from the wings. He has a great work ethic and adds onto his game every off-season.

While his game has many strengths, he has one glaring weakness. Defense. His effort is spotty at best and he tends to seem to put more effort into getting rebounding position rather than helping out on defense. He also struggles especially on getting back on defense. Many times this is because he is complaining to the refs about some no call or just being lazy.

Here is a good article from Mike Prada that if you scroll down a bit you will find where he brings up many examples of the stuff I just talked about.
