Kevin Love Looks Like a Soon to be Ex-Timberwolf on ESPN

Kevin Love appeared on ESPN's "Sports Nation" today, apparently to put pressure on Flip Saunders. I can't think of any other reason why he would do this now after weeks of silence.

Well, Kevin Love more or less said what we already knew: he wants out of Minnesota. For reasons unclear to me, he appeared on ESPN's "Sports Nation" program today and, well, he didn't sound like a player enthusiastic about or expecting to be a member of the Timberwolves this season.

I assume he went on the program to exert pressure on Flip Saunders; I can't imagine why else he would do this after weeks of silence.

ESPN posted this story after the appearance, in which they quote Love as saying:

"My agent is handling everything at this point ... I'm hoping that everything works out for all parties involved,"

Yeah. Me too.
