Why we Love Kevin.

Going on the assumption that casual non-Wolves fans haven't watched that much Kevin, I thought it might be nice if we told people what there is to Love.

Few thoughts first, but hoping we can kinda pile up a list. All good things please.

1) Love isn't just a good rebounder. He's relentless and unbelievable on the glass. He's often doubled and face guarded, but still leaves the game with more boards than anyone else. The league doesn't try to guard him legally. Usually the goal is to face guard him, tie up his arms and hope the whistle is held. Despite this, he's strong enough he gets an arm free and rips the ball one handed so often I forget how crazy it is,

2) Love doesn't shy from contact. He absorbs hits and has crazy body control. Head fake gets you in the air. Forget it, he's not going by you he's coming at you and you're going to the bench. Again.

3) Love hit his free throws. You can't Hack a Love. He's hitting 80+ and getting to the line at Lebron like numbers per 100 possessions. Harden and KD. That's the list of players doing more damage at the line. That's it.

4) He doesn't turn it over. Dirk, Melo, Big Al, Blake. Yep these are the guys with usage like his that turn it over as rarely. None of them routinely chuck the ball 3/4 court either.

5) He doesn't foul. Over the last three years 107 player seasons resulted with a player playing 1000 minutes and averaging 10 rebounds per 36 minutes. Kevin broke his hand so he only played 1000 minutes twice in that span. Of course he made the list twice. So of these guys getting boards he recorded the season with the fewest PFs per 100 possessions at 2.4 last year. His other season put him at 11th for fewest fouls committed per 100 possessions of the 107 in question. Further, the list of high usage players who foul as rarely as Kevin reads Lebron, Tony Parker, Kevin Durant and Jamal Crawford. That's it.

6) Step back 3.
