Hello, everyone. Hope you're enjoying the day off, that's if you have the day off anyway. Unfortunately, this thread is being posted later than expected as I have the honorable pleasure of being at the office today. Sorry for the delay.

Earlier this morning, Senegal defeated Croatia, 77-75, behind a 27 point effort from Gorgui Dieng. Dario Saric was the leading scorer for the Croatians with 16 points. Croatia connected on a three with nearly zero time remaining on the clock making the score appear closer than it was. It was a hard fought game on both sites.

Also this morning, only moments ago, Serbia defeated Iran 83-70. In the losing effort, Iranian big man Hamed Haddadi led all scorers with 29 points. The Serbs had three players score in double-digits the result of this game was never really in any doubt. Miloš Teodosić added eight points and nine assists in the victory.

Enjoy the games today, peeps. Eric should be back soon to restore order in the CanisHoopus community. Well, maybe that's a stretch, at least things will be published and promoted at their regularly scheduled time.
Here's a song just because.
