The Wolves can pick no lower than 6th. Everyone is pretty much in agreement that Michael Beasley and Derrick Rose are the two top players in this draft. Most observers view OJ Mayo and Brook Lopez as the 2nd tier of players. Keeping with my own draft board here at Canis Hoopus, I list Danilo Gallinari and Anthony Randolph as the 3rd tier of players available for selection. Soooooo...plugging all of this into the Wolves' draft situation, it essentially leaves them with 3 choices:
- Beasley or Rose
- Lopez or Mayo
- Gallinari or Randolph
Feel free to tinker with the players in 2 and 3 if you want but the basic premise remains the same. If the Wolves draft at 1, 3, or 5, they get to make the decision. If they draft at 2, 4, or 6, the choice is already made.
