The 2008 Mock Drafts page has been updated. Here are a couple of the major shifts from the three mocks that changed:
- Anthony Randolph jumped from #10 to #5
- Joe Alexander jumped from #14 to #8
- DeAndre Jordan dropped from #6 to #11
- Eric Gordon fell from #8 to #12
- Marreese Speights finally made it into the mock
- Danilo Gallinari dropped from #7 to #10.
- Brandon Rush jumped from #22 to #15
- Donte Green dropped from #12 to #20
- Chris Douglas-Roberts from #19 to #22
- JR Giddens dropped from #32 to #38
- Bill Walker from #41 to #37,
- CDR dropped from #18 to #26
- Jerryd Bayless flipped from #4 to #5 with Mayo
- Darrell Arthur dropped from #14 to #16
- Joe Alexander jumped from #20 to #14
- Ty Lawson jumped from #24 to #19
- Roy Hibbert from #26 to #23
Interesting to see CDR with two big drops in there. Brandon Rush and Joe Alexander also made some notable jumps. Seeing Donte Green drop so much on DX was also a bit of a surprise.
Let it be known that I think CDR, Brandon Rush and Bill Walker will all be better than average swingmen. Given their current draft positions, they'd all be good values. However, expect Rush and Walker to race up the boards even more as their workouts continue to impress.
