From the Free Press:
The Minnesota Timberwolves are bringing training camp back to Minnesota State University. The Timberwolves also held camp here in 2006. A Timberwolves spokesman said that an official announcement on the site of this fall’s camp will likely be made sometime in the next few weeks, but assistant general manager Fred Hoiberg said Tuesday that the team will be practicing at Bresnan Arena during the first week of October.
“The people of Mankato really made us feel welcome,” Hoiberg said. “Everybody (with the Timberwolves) had a good week.”
Here's hoping that some of the events are open to the public. Yours truly lives about a mile from campus.
