Make no mistake Wolves-faithful: tonight will be rough. The number of players sitting tonight is big numerically and talent-wise; Al Jefferson, Randy Foye, Corey Brewer and Rodney Carney are all scratches. That makes tonight's depth chart look something like this:

  • PG: Sebastian Telfair / Bobby Brown / Kevin Ollie
    SG: Mike Miller
    SF: Ryan Gomes
PF: Kevin Love / Craig Smith / Brian Cardinal
C: Jason Collins / Shelden Williams / Mark Madsen

[Updated to match Seeholzer's report]

If you thought our backcourt was undermanned before, have we got a game for you!

I have a feeling that Cardinal may see some time at the 3 and Love, WIlliams and Madsen can all play the 4, but we really don't have any good options behind Miller at the 2. Sure, Ollie will probably spot Miller a couple minutes, but (I can't believe I'm actually going to say this) Rashad McCants would've been handy on a night like tonight.

I'm going to the game tonight and will be Tweeting, so feel free to keep an eye on Hoopus' Twitter page or the widget on the right column of our front page.

Check out Beyond the Arc (Chris Herrington's a Macalester Alum, so be nice or we'll both pelt you with hackey sacks) and 3 Shades of Blue for excellent Grizzlies coverage.

Go Wolves.
