Schadenfreude -- delight in another person's misfortune.

Poor Zach Randolph, dude just can't seem to catch a break, right? From the AP:

Two California Highway Patrol officers saw a white Rolls-Royce weaving on Interstate 405 around 2:25 a.m., Officer Tony Garrett said.

The car was traveling south in the Culver City area near west Los Angeles.

The officers pulled the car over and identified Randolph as the driver. Garrett said alcohol could be smelled inside the car. After conducting a field sobriety test, the officers arrested Randolph and took him to the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.

If there is ever a moment that you truly feel that as a Timberwolves fan you deserve pity, I challenge you to star into the abyss that Clippers fans have consistently faced. Injuries? They had 'em. High hopes? Yup.

Despite the fact that tonight's battle is between two lotto teams, I implore you to not cheer for ping pong balls. Establishing ourselves at the top of the bottom of the league is at least a start; every win counts.

There are a boatload of injuries on both squads tonight. Randy Foye, Rodney Carney and, of course Al Jefferson and Corey Brewer are all out for the Wolves. Craig Smith should be back.

Steve Perrin at Clips Nation is one of the absolute best in the business, check out his story on Z-Bo's DUI.
