- The Minnesota Lynx play a matinee against the Tulsa Shock today at 12 p.m. The Lynx just beat the Shock in Tulsa on Tuesday 107-86

Player Movement
- The Dallas Mavericks had a busy day. They agreed to a one-year deal with center Chris Kaman, and then traded center Ian Mahinmi to Indiana for Dahntay Jones and Darren Collison
- Jeremy Lin is expected to sign a 4-year, $29-milion offer sheet with the Houston Rockets, but New York Knicks' coach Mike Woodson is already talking about Lin starting the season for the Knicks at point guard
- The Portland Trail Blazers agreed to deals with Victor Claver and J.J. Hickson
- The Philadelphia 76ers re-signed Lavoy Allen to a two-year, $6 million deal
- The Brooklyn Nets signed Brook Lopez to a 4-year extension worth $60 million
- Elton Brand wants the Dallas Mavericks to claim him off of waivers
