Philadelphia 76ers at Minnesota Timberwolves
7:00 pm Central
FSN
The 76ers make their only visit to Minnesota tonight without their rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams, who remains out with an infection in his knee.
After a surprising 3-0 start, the 76ers have fell on expected hard times, losing 11 of their last 13, with the only two wins in that stretch being overtime victories against fellow East bottom feeders Orlando and Milwaukee. They have only won one road game all season--in Washington at the start of November.
All of this adds up to what should be a win for the Wolves, despite it being the 2nd night of a back to back. Their relatively easy win in Detroit allowed them to rest their starters, with nobody going more than Nikola Pekovic's 33 minutes.
The Sixers have been struggling badly as Evan Turner regresses from his hot start, Carter-Williams has been showing signs of rookie struggles after his magical start, and Thad Young is having an off-year thus far.
