Game time is 5:30 CDT, but the game is not televised live. It will be shown on NBA TV tomorrow at 11 am CDT.

Your mighty summer Timberwolves, fresh off a heart breaking, but hopefully not season defining, loss to the perennially dominant D-League All-Stars return to the court at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas to face off against bitter rival the Phoenix Suns summer league team.

You can throw out the records when these two teams meet.

The Suns feature such stars as the Brothers Morris, Kendall Marshall, and fictional detective Archie Goodwin.

For your Wolves, there remains one open roster spot, with 14 guaranteed contracts (including Pekovic) already on the books.

It's possible they leave that spot open, but it's also possible that someone from the summer league squad makes the team. The two most likely are rookie Lorenzo Brown and last year's second round draft pick Robbie Hummel, who had an effective year in Spain and apparently was the best player for the Wolves in their first game. He'll look to build on that today, and show that he has the necessary athleticism to play in the NBA after multiple knee injuries.

Good to hear that the coach has been around:

Talk about the game here. You know, if you want to.

LATE EDIT: ESPN3 lists the game as being shown live. The first one was available there too.
