6th Anniversary of the Kevin Garnett Trade

July 31st, 2007. An important date in Timberwolves history.

On that day, the Wolves traded franchise icon Kevin Garnett for Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, Gerald Green, Sebastian Telfair, and two first round picks that became Jonny Flynn and Wayne Ellington.

A year later after the trade:

While the Wolves have spent the last six years in the wilderness of NBA lottery teams.
