Spain barely made it through as the 4th place team in their 2nd round group, and thus have to play the winner of the other group, Serbia, in the quarters.

Despite finishing 4th in their group, Spain had the 2nd best point differential of all the teams in the 2nd round, and still have to be considered among the favorites.

Serbia has been led by center Nenad Krstic, averaging 16.7 ppg, and Nemanja Bjelica (NBA rights held by Wolves), who is 2nd on the team in scoring and leads in rebounding per game.

For Spain, Ricky Rubio has faltered in the 2nd round after looking terrific in the first group stage. Spain's coach has been rotating four guards quite heavily, and they have also had some problems up front behind Marc Gasol.

The game appears to be showing on ESPN3 at 10:30.
