Timberwolves vs. 76ers Game Thread

The Wolves are back at Target Center for their first pre-season home game against the Sixers.

The Wolves are back in Target Center tonight for their home pre-season debut against the Philadelphia 76ers. The Wolves lost their first pre-season game on Tuesday in Indianapolis, but tonight the home fans get their first look at this iteration of the team.

Kevin Martin will again miss out as he continues to recover from what will hopefully turn out to be a minor injury, but Anthony Bennett will play, as will Nikola Pekovic who was held out Tuesday to rest.

The big draw of course will be the chance for the home fans to get their first look at Andrew Wiggins, who really impressed in his debut on Tuesday.

The Sixers come to town featuring Nerlens Noel and a cast of...guys. Michael Carter-Williams is out for the foreseeable future with injury, and the rest of the roster is not star-studded. Alexey Shved makes his return to Target Center wearing #88.
