The Wolves host the Bulls tonight at Target Center before heading off on the road for the next two weeks. They won't be back at Target Center until November 19th when they host the Knicks, though they do have a nominal "home" game against the Rockets in Mexico City in the meantime.

The Bulls are playing on the 2nd night of a back to back following a heartbreaking overtime loss to the Cavaliers in Chicago last night. The Bulls had a five point lead late in regulation but were unable to hold on, and wound up losing in the extra period. Derrick Rose twisted his ankle and missed most of the 2nd half, though he says it isn't serious. He's with the team in Minnesota and his availability will be determined at game time. It appears he plans to give it a go, however.

The Wolves are coming off a win at home Thursday night over a pretty poor Pistons team and will look to follow up with another home victory before their odyssey around North America begins. The Bulls are looking like a very tough opponent, and are the co-favorites in the East along with the Cavs.

For the third straight game, they will be facing a team with a formidable inside presence; tonight the combo of Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol. Late news has Taj Gibson out with an injury. If Derrick Rose is able to play effectively, the Bulls are looking every bit a contender and will be a very tough match up for our puppies.

Expected Lineups

Derrick Rose
Kirk Hinrich
Mike Dunleavy (MPE?)
Pau Gasol
