Eastern Conference Takes Center Stage in Tonight's NBA Playoffs Schedule

Three Eastern Conference matchups feature on tonight's NBA playoff schedule. Chat about them here.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Three game twos, all in the Eastern Confrerence, and all with huge pressure on the home teams after they lost their game ones:

Hawks at Pacers
6:00 pm Central
TNT

The Hawks surprisingly pulled away to score a game one upset, things are messy in Indiana and the pressure is on. The Pacers need Roy Hibbert to play like he's the biggest, best player in the paint tonight. And some other things.

Nets at Raptors
6:30 pm Central
NBA TV

The Nets scored a road win in the series opener, and one wonders if their experience is a factor, something I don't generally buy into. Still, they have been one of the best teams in the league since the calendar flipped to 2014. I hope the Raps can get this one tonight; I really like what they are doing in Toronto.  And their GM cursed out Brooklyn before the series, so that's always good.

Wizards at Bulls
8:30 pm Central
TNT

The Bulls look to even the series on their home floor after a terrific performance by the Wizards front court trio of Nene Hilario (24pts), Trevor Ariza (16) and Marcin Gortat (15), while they managed only 42% shooting. Joakim Noah was named Defensive Player of the Year, and the Bulls need him at his best tonight. My faith in the Wizards remains fairly low, but I've been wrong plenty of times before.

Talk about the games here. Lament how poor the East is.
