This comes as a bit of a shock, since it appeared that Memphis didn't want him anymore, but I guess we were wrong:

This deal was never done, as nothing is ever done with the Wolves until it's done.
It is supremely disappointing, though, that the process got as far as it did only to fall apart at this point. Perhaps he wants to force the Grizzlies to fire him? Twitter seems to think there is more to this than meets the eye.
