We got Woj bombed:
Free agent guard Mo Williams is nearing an agreement with Minnesota, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Mo Williams is a veteran combo guard who spent last season backing up Damian Lillard in Portland. He did not have a strong year, but is a guy who has had success in the past as a scoring lead guard. According to Jon Krawczynski:
Wolves have been looking at Mo Williams for a few days now, seeing him as ideal fit to play alongside LaVine on the 2nd unit

Williams has been a reasonably good 3 point shooter throughout his career (38.5%, 37% last season), but tends to turn the ball over a little too much.
He's probably a slight upgrade over J.J. Barea, and the signing suggests that the Wolves have a plan in place to move Barea and/or Alexey Shved.
And now the numbers are in:
Mo Williams has agreed to a one year, $3.75M deal with the Timberwolves, league source tells Yahoo.

No long term commitment. Seems a bit high for him, but there is always the Wolves tax. Not bad. Another sign that Flip is unwilling to tank the season.
More to come on this. What do you think?
