The Lynx (20-6) host the league leading Phoenix Mercury (22-3) tonight at Target Center. The Lynx, who finally have their whole team healthy, are winners of seven in a row, while the Mercury are closing in on a league record winning streak, having won their last 16 contests.

Included in their winning streak are two wins over the Lynx early in the season, after years of Lynx dominance. Rebekkah Brunson and Seimone Augustus both missed those games, and the Lynx will be looking to make a statement that they are still the team to beat tonight.

For the Mercury, the emergence of Brittney Griner as a two way force this season has pushed them from a good team to a great one, while Diana Taurasi remains their most potent offensive force and leader. Maya Moore leads the Lynx and is odds on favorite to win the WNBA MVP award this season.

These are the two best teams in the league, and two of only three squads that boast an above ,500 record in a top-heavy season for the WNBA.
