FIBA World Cup and Weekend Open Thread

The U.S. is back in action this morning against Mexico while Spain and Senegal face off in a game of interest to Wolves fans.

Here's today's FIBA schedule:

U.S. vs. Mexico 
9:00 am CDT 
ESPN2

France vs. Croatia
11:00 am CDT
ESPN3

Dominican Republic vs. Slovenia
1:00 pm CDT
ESPN3

Spain vs. Senegal
3:00 pm CDT
ESPN3

The U.S. should have no problem with Mexico. France vs. Croatia should be the best matchup of the day; two teams that would be disappointed with an exit at this stage.  And of course we have Ricky vs. Gorgui in the final game of the day.
