NCAA Final, Season Winding Down

Several first round draft picks will be on display tonight in Indianapolis.

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

The college basketball season comes to an end tonight in Indianapolis when the Wisconsin Badgers and Duke Blue Devils play for the national championship. There will be at least four likely 2015 first round draft picks on display (Jahlil Okafor and Justise Winslow ffrom Duke and Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker from Wisconsin), and several other guys who are likely to be NBA players at some point. I'll probably throw up a game thread later.

I've been out of town for the past week--in New York celebrating Passover with the (extended) family. Two nights of cooking for 35+ each night. I work hard for those two days, but my aunt is completely nuts--I don't know how she does it between the prep work she does before hand, supervising everything, clean-up...oy.  At least the kids are getting old enough to be helpful.

As a result, very little idea what (if anything) is going on with the Wolves. I see that Rubio is officially shut down for the season--there's a shocker.

Despite the Sixers loss last night, is seems unlikely the Wolves will catch them at this point--it would require two more wins that I seriously doubt are coming over the last six games.

What else is happening? It's baseball opening day if you are into that sort of thing. Twins play the Tigers at noon, I believe.

Anyway, this is just a Monday open thread. Tell me what's going on.
