WNBA: Storm at Lynx

Hey all, the Lynx are back in action, hosting the Seattle Storm tonight at Target Center.

The Lynx host the Seattle Storm, who they have already beaten twice this season, at Target Center tonight. The Lynx are back in first place in the Western Conference following Tulsa's loss last night, but more significantly, the Shock will be without star Skylar Diggins the rest of the season after she tore her ACL.  This is terrible news for fans, as Diggins was having a spectacular season leading Tulsa to the top of the standings.

The West now appears to be the Lynx's to lose, barring their own injury problems. They have looked significantly better in the last couple of games as Maya Moore appears to be finding her groove, and Dev Peters is emerging as an awesome defensive weapon off the bench.

Anna Cruz, who they acquired from the New York Liberty on draft night, will be in the building tonight following her bronze medal performance in the Eurobasket tournament with Spain. She won't play tonight, but is expected to suit up against Chicago on Sunday.

If you haven't been catching the Lynx games, you really should consider doing so. Great basketball.
