We're about a month and a half out from the start of training camp, but the Wolves have continued to stay in the spotlight throughout the offseason.
On Saturday, Karl-Anthony Towns and Tyus Jones took part in the NBA Rookie photo shoot and KAT showed out with this monster slam. The Wolves' rookies also took part in a Reddit AMA - you can find their answers here.
Meanwhile, Nemanja Bjelica and the Serbian team faced off against Russia in an exhibition match. Bjelica ended with 16 points on 6-6 shooting (3-3 from 3PT).
Other Notes:
- Ricky Rubio made a cameo in this soccer-oriented Adidas spot.
- Andrew Wiggins is apparently working on his boxing skills and training with his brother.
- The NBA schedule is slated to be released this week.
- Zach LaVine can still dunk pretty well.
- The Lynx took care of business and snapped a two-game skid last night. Lindsey's got the recap.
- RussianBee - I didn't embed any of these vines because of you. That's true friendship.
I had to decide between uploading video from a pickup game I played in this weekend or another 2K video, but watching me brick open jump shots probably isn't the best use of your time this morning. I'll save that video for later.
With that said, here's the last two minutes of Game 7 of the 1st Round in my 2K GM mode. It's pretty uneventful, but at least we're moving on to play the Warriors! Yay!
