Wiggins, Towns, and LaVine will Participate in Rising Stars Challenge at All-Star Weekend

The Wolves announced that Andrew Wiggins, Zach LaVine, and Karl-Anthony Towns will participate at the Rising Stars challenge during All-Star Weekend in Toronto.

Andrew Wiggins (World Team) will face off against teammates Zach LaVine and Karl-Anthony Towns (U.S. Team) in the Rising Stars challenge on Friday, February 12th at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto as part of the All-Star Weekend festivities. The game will be televised on TNT.

Last year, Andrew Wiggins was named the most valuable player of the Rising Stars game, helping lead the World team to a win over the U.S. with 22 points, while LaVine matched Wiggins for game high scoring honors with 22 of his own.

LaVine made a further name for himself last All-Star weekend by winning the dunk contest in spectacular fashion. He is expected to defend his title, though no official announcement of his participation has yet been made.
