Karl-Anthony Towns to be Named Rookie of the Year

Karl-Anthony Towns will be officially named the NBA Rookie of the Year at a press conference at Target Center tomorrow morning at 11 am.

Towns had a spectacular rookie season that compares to the very best from any big men in recent memory, and was a foregone conclusion to get the award.

The press conference will be streaming at timberwolves.com and airing on Fox Sports North and NBA TV.

This will be the second consecutive Rookie of the Year Award won by a Wolves player; Andrew Wiggins was last season's recipient.
