An unconfirmed Canis Hoopus source was able to gather reactions from a few Timberwolves players. Derrick Rose wondered if ESPN needed the entire body or if they could work with just the upper body. Tyus Jones thought his body deserved more credit and attention. Marcus Georges-Hunt was disappointed that his body was never given a chance.
Jimmy Butler claimed ESPN came to him first about being featured in the issue but close friend Mark Wahlberg advised him against it. He added that Towns was Plan B, at best. The Canis source has not yet confirmed Butler’s claim.
This isn’t a particularly shocking development considering KAT’s outgoing personality. Whether he decides to give up basketball for a modeling career is yet to be seen.
Buckle up, Wolves fans. You’re about to see a lot more of Karl-Anthony Towns than you ever anticipated.
