Desperate times call for desperate measures

The playoffs are slipping away right before RoCo’s return. All star nominee, Derek Rose has been getting plenty of opportunity to carry this team; over the past few games frequently taking the last shot. Interim coach Ryan Saunders doesn’t owe him anything and Saunders needs to focus on how to win, create an identity, and build the future as the head coach. As it currently stands, Saunders has a friend/max contract player on the roster, Andrew Wiggins; whom is tied to his success and isn’t performing to expectations. Wiggins is playing hard but hasn’t been shooting well this year. Saunders isn’t shy about trying out different lineup combinations. Saunders should try: PG Wiggins, SG Okogie, SF RoCo, PF Saric, and C KAT. Wiggins has a better turnover rate than Jeff Teague, looks to pass, and is a threat to score from everywhere. The defense could be even better with Okogie bullying other PGs full time. #Nonstop shut down arguably the best PG in MVP James Harden recently so no worries about him in iso on anyone else. He is a 6’5" (7’ wingspan) beast with energy of Russel Westbrook. RoCo will handle the best wing and Wiggins can rest on the worst. The additional length on the perimeter will overwhelm most teams. Steals, blocks, better rebounding.
