Well, that probably wasn’t the beginning to his head coaching era that Chris Finch envisioned. The Minnesota Timberwolves’ latest head coach entered with a single day to get to know his new team and form a plan to defeat a Milwaukee Bucks team who currently sit in the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference. Unsurprisingly, he failed to come up with a win, but there was a few very interesting statistics that arose from the game.
In this week’s Paynt Points What Do Those Stats Mean episode, Host Jake Paynting picked out two stats to add some context to and discuss what they could mean moving forward: Karl-Anthony Towns’ 11 assists and Minnesota’s franchise-record breaking 54 3-point attempts.
