Paynt Points: Are The Timberwolves Suddenly...Fun?

New, comments

After storming out of the All-Star break with a 3-3 record, it’s time to inject some much-needed positivity into your lives.

NBA: Portland Trail Blazers at Minnesota Timberwolves Bruce Kluckhohn-USA TODAY Sports

The Minnesota Timberwolves limped into the All-Star break, but they have emerged from the hiatus as a competitive, intriguing and exciting team. By all measurements, that’s a humongous shift in the landscape.

In this week’s episode of Paynt Points, Host Jake Paynting is joined by Canis Hoopus Editor-in-Chief Kyle Theige to ooze as much optimism and fun as they possibly can. The pair start with Chris Finch fawning, then they pivot to Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns, before finishing with D’Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley thoughts and some trade deadline fodder. Let’s have some fun.
